How can you help me?
I am invested in establishing and maintaining a good proffesional relationship with local clinics, my goal is to assist you for house calls that you do not have the time or resources for. If your client requests a home visit that you are unable to attend due to time and logistics, please feel free to reach out to me, and I will be happy to assist when I can. Waitakere Home Vet aims to complement rather than compete with your services.
How can i request/Send Clinical records?
With client consent, please feel free to contact me to request clinical records you may need for follow up and I will do the same. All records will be sent via email.
Can I make a palliative care referral?
If you have a client that is coming to terms with a difficult or terminal diagnosis for their pet but are not yet ready to make the decision to euthanize, please do not hesitate to make a referral for palliative care.
do you work with clinics directly?
I am more than happy for you to liaise directly with your client for a house call and you can invoice me instead if that suits you better.
